  1. Complete the digital waiver prior to your tour. It can be found in your confirmation email.

  2. Arrive 20 minutes early for check in.

  3. Do not show up drunk (we cannot allow you on board).

  4. Bring water and snacks.

  5. Bring a fully-charged phone.

  6. Have a pick-up plan for when your tour ends.

  7. Always drink responsibly and be respectful.

  8. Always listen to your driver and host.

  9. Have fun. Be careful.

Are minors allowed?

No. Our tours are designed for those who are of legal drinking age. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All guests have to have a waiver on file before they can partake in a pedal tour. The waiver is available in digital format when you book a tour with us, and we have physical copies for anyone who may need one before joining a tour.

Can I bring food/drinks?

Yes. We ask that food is in a sealed, non-glass container. All alcoholic drinks must be sealed upon arrival as well. We provide a cooler and ice for your tour, but it is shared with all tour patrons.

Can I buy food/drinks?

Yes, but not from us. Our wonderful partner, 417 Taphouse, has food available for purchase. All drinks are BYOB. *If purchasing food from 417 Taphouse before your tour please be aware of the possibility of significant lead times during busy hours.

Can I drink alcohol on the bike?

Yes. All patrons will have IDs checked and wristbands applied at check-in. NO GLASS containers or kegs are allowed.

Is smoking allowed on the bike?

No. However, smoking near the bike while stopped is allowed.

How much does it cost?

Our current Sip & Spin Tour is $355 for 2 hours (for up to 14 people).

Are there any height or weight restrictions?

To pedal comfortably we suggest pedalers be at least 5 foot tall. If you aren’t, there is a bench seat. Unfortunately, due to the type of vehicle, customers over 300 lbs. will not be able to comfortably pedal. But again, you may choose the bench seat.

What should I wear?

You are free to wear whatever clothing you would like but remember there is some physical activity involved. For safety reasons NO high heels or open toed shoes will be permitted..

Who is in charge of the tour?

We have a driver and a host for every tour. The driver stays with the bike while the host goes with you from venue to venue to ensure a quality tour experience.

How fast does the bike go?

Tours will not exceed 10 MPH, but the speed may slightly vary..

Can we decorate the bike?

Yes, but we reserve the right to limit it for safety and decency standards of the community we operate in.

How do we book?

Simple. Just click on our “Book Now” tab on this website, click which “activity” you’d like, and click pick a date. Click your date and the times will pop up that are available. Easy Peasy.

Is the bike really pedal powered?

Yes-ish. Are you scared? Don’t be. This isn’t an intense workout..honestly there is barely resistance. The bike has an electric assist motor to help ease the load, so no need to worry. you won’t sweat. Unless it’s hot. Then you’ll sweat.

Where do the tours start and end?

All tours will begin and end at 417 Taphouse. The bike will be parked in the parking lot on the south side of Wilhoit Plaza prior to your tour, and you will check in with your host there. Parking is also available in this lot for tour participants.

What is your weather policy?

We ride rain or shine. The bike has a large canopy, but we recommend dressing for the weather. IF we deem the weather is too dangerous to ride, we will contact you 2 hours prior to your scheduled start. NEVER assume your tour is canceled.

What is your cancellation policy?

From the booking date to 14 days in advance of your tour you may cancel with a 95% refund.

A cancellation between 3 and 14 days of your scheduled tour will receive a raincheck good for 6 months to reschedule your tour.

Cancellations within 3 days of your tour will not receive any type of refund or raincheck.

I don’t have 14 people, what is the price?

We sell tours “by the bike”. No matter if you have 2, 5, or 14 people the price stays the same. If people add or cancel on the booking rider at the last minute, no worries, you don’t have to tell us, just send them the waiver. The tours hold 14 people max..
